Accommodation Details for Conference Participants

We are pleased to offer accommodation options for attendees of the conference:

For speakers and faculty: Accommodation will be arranged at the Guest House. A nominal charge of ₹2000/- per night (inclusive of GST) will be applicable for the duration of the stay.

For student participants: Hostel accommodation (sharing) will be provided at a subsidized rate of ₹400/- per night (inclusive of GST).
Allotments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, and further details regarding check-in/check-out and facilities will be shared closer to the event date.

Note: Accommodation are also available in nearby hotels. Please contact us, if you wish to book an accommodation in hotel.

For the accommodation booking, one has to pay the requisite charges.​

Pay the Fees – Click on the "Pay Fee" button to proceed with the payment. It will open the SBI Collect page. Select the payment category: MiTR-2025, (remarks field- Accommodation fess for how many day) and complete the payment.

Receive Receipt – After successful payment, an automated fee receipt will be generated and sent to you via mail.

Complete Accommodation Registration – Send us the mail and specifies the details such as expected check-in and check-out time with date, Contact Number, Gender along with receipt of accommodation fees paid.
