MiTR-2025 will have plenary, keynote, invited lectures and oral and poster presentations by researchers. Please submit your abstract to contribute to groundbreaking discussions in thematic area of conference.

Abstract submission guidelines

Follow the following guidelines:​​

The abstract should not exceed 250 words.

Text used should be Times New Roman 12, fully justified with some key references.

The abstract template can be downloaded here.

Abstract should be based on original research (no reviews).
-
Research should be relevant to the themes of the conference provided on About page.
Guidelines for Poster Presenters
The poster presentation will be in the afternoon of the 1st and 2nd day of the conference (22 and 23 May 2025). Delegates will be required to place their poster on the stands provided immediately after the lunch.

Posters must not exceed the following dimensions (A0 size): 85 cm (width) x 120 cm (height) and must be printed by the presenter. This is the size of the poster boards. Posters should fit within this board.

Each poster should include the Title (preferably at the top), as well as the Names and Affiliations of the authors.​

Posters will be displayed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on the designated day (tentative).

Each poster board will be identified with a presentation number as in the list of the program book.

The winners of the Best Poster Presentation will be announced during the closing ceremony on Saturday, 24th May.​​​
NOTE:

The presenting author's name should be underlined.
-
If the corresponding author is different from the presenting author, it should be indicated with an asterisk*.

Slots for oral presentations are limited in the conference schedule. The slots will be allotted as per the registration sequence.

Only the completed works will be considered for the conference. The results and conclusion part in the abstract should be supported with quantitative data.

The submissions, satisfying the above criteria and not selected for an oral presentation, will be considered for poster presentation.

Authors must register for the Conference. If an author whose abstract is accepted and is not registered, his abstract will NOT be included in the scientific session of the conference.

On submitting the abstract, the authors certify that the submitted abstract and/or poster are an original work and have no prior ownership or copyright restrictions. Authors certify that the abstract and/or poster are not previously copyrighted.

Authors give the conference organizers authority to reproduce and publish the abstract in the conference program, and the proceedings of the meeting.

Retraction of the abstract if any should be communicated by email to the organizers by 15 April, 2025.
