The goal of this conference is to present the latest advancements in biomedical technology, including displays of innovative implants, medical devices, and diagnostics. Everyone involved in the creation of artificial organs, tissue engineering, and biomaterials—both in academia and industry—will benefit from it. Medical and dental researchers, business start-ups, producers of medical devices, and organizations involved in translation research will find the numerous presentations intriguing. In order to move the medical device business from a basic to a deep technical level, special sessions will be held for the interaction of delegates from industry, academia, and regulation. We encourage participation and maximum benefit from the procedure from medical experts, scientists, engineers, students, and industry personnel.

Registration Entitlements
The conference registration fee includes a Welcome Kit, a Program Book, access to all Scientific sessions, Exhibition Areas, Breakfast 22- 24 May, Lunches (22-24 May), Conference Dinner-22nd May, Gala dinner- 23 May and Coffee & Tea breaks.

The workshop registration fee includes a Program Book and related Literature, access to Labs, Lunch (20-21 May) and Coffee & Tea breaks.

For the accompanying person, the registration fee includes a name badge, access to Exhibition areas, Conference Dinner, Gala Dinner, Lunches (22-24 May), and Coffee & Tea breaks.

Registration Steps:

For the conference registration

  1. Pay the Fees – Click on the "Pay Fee" button to proceed with the payment. It will open the SBI Collect page. Select the payment category: MiTR-2025 and complete the payment (remarks field- conference fee). 

  2. Receive Receipt – After successful payment, an automated fee receipt will be generated and sent to you via mail.
  3. Complete Registration – Click on the "Register" button and fill out the registration form to complete the process.

For the Workshop registration, one has to pay the requisite charges.​

  • Pay the Fees – Click on the "Pay Fee" button to proceed with the payment. It will open the SBI Collect page. Select the payment category: MiTR-2025, (remarks field- workshop fee) and complete the payment. 

  • Receive Receipt – After successful payment, an automated fee receipt will be generated and sent to you via mail.

  • Complete Registration – Click on the "Register" button and fill out the registration form to complete the process.

Registration for both (conference + workshop)
Note: You can do single payment and fill one single registration form for both Conference and workshop (remarks field- please write conference + workshop).

Accommodation Details for Conference Participants

We are pleased to offer accommodation options for attendees of the conference:

  • For speakers and faculty: Accommodation will be arranged at the Guest House. A nominal charge of ₹2000/- per night (inclusive of GST) will be applicable for the duration of the stay.

  • For student participants: Hostel accommodation (sharing) will be provided at a subsidized rate of ₹400/- per night (inclusive of GST).

Registration for the conference implies your acceptance of the listed terms and conditions

  • An automated payment receipt will be sent to each delegate who registers and pays using the payment gateway. The conference venue's registration desk will give signed and sealed receipts.

  • The organizers hold the right to modify the scientific program, conference date, or conference venue under unforeseeable circumstances without advance notice.

  • The organizers hold the right to cancel the conference due to unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances.

  • If the conference is postponed, registrations will remain valid.

  • Due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accidents, disputes, terrorism, strikes, or wars, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from substitutions, adjustments, delays, or cancellations.

  • The organizers are not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to delegates belongings resulting from or during the conference.

  • Should conference cancellation occur, the organizers will make reasonable alternative arrangements and inform all the delegates.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

  • Delegates are encouraged to regularly check the website for updates.
